Is there a free restaurant POS plan?▾
Yes. Spark is free for one branch with no time limit and no card — billing, menu, modifiers, tax invoices, cash counter and sales posted to accounting. Rupee pricing for Sizzle, Signature and Empire is shared on request, plus GST.
Does it integrate with Swiggy and Zomato?▾
Direct delivery-app integration (Aggregator Hub) is live on the Empire plan — ask us which apps are connected for your outlets. Staff can also enter delivery-app orders at the till, where they are booked as the app's receivable.
Does it work for cloud kitchens?▾
Yes. A branch can be set up as a cloud kitchen, a restaurant with seating, or both, and the setup screens show only what fits.
Do waiters and cooks count as users?▾
No. Crew accounts are always free; only back-office logins such as owners, managers and accountants count toward your plan.
What if the internet goes down during service?▾
Counter sales and table orders keep working offline and sync automatically once you are back online. The slip shows “not a tax invoice” until it has synced.
What hardware do we need?▾
Audra runs in the browser on phones, tablets and PCs, and the kitchen screen can be any tablet or TV with a browser. Kitchen and bill printers connect through a small print program on a shop PC.
How fast can we go live?▾
